Reflection on 2025

As we reflect on 2025, we are incredibly grateful for the growth, partnerships, and progress that defined this year at Violet Consulting. This has been a year of expansion, deeper client relationships, and exciting new opportunities in the higher education space.

A Year of Growth and Momentum
Violet Consulting experienced 70% growth in 2025, marking one of our strongest years to date. With this momentum, we were able to increase our capacity and better serve our partners by bringing on additional full-time and part-time support to meet the growing needs of our clients.

Welcoming New Partners
In 2025, we had the privilege of supporting 9 new schools and clients, expanding our reach and strengthening our impact across higher education.

Even more meaningful, 68% of our existing clients returned for additional projects from small $1,000 projects to large implementations—demonstrating the trust and long-term collaboration we strive to build with every institution we serve.

Serving Technical & Community Colleges
52% of our revenue came from Technical and Community Colleges, reaffirming our commitment to helping these institutions achieve their goals through strategic and operational support.

Professional Growth and New Tools
We were proud to attend the Education Summit, continuing to invest in learning, networking, and staying ahead of trends shaping the future of higher education.

Additionally, 2025 marked an exciting milestone as we began supporting clients using Slate and Education Cloud, expanding our ability to meet institutions where they are and provide expertise in new systems and processes.

A Full-Circle Moment
This year also brought a special personal milestone: Violet Consulting has now partnered with both Nicole and Shalese's first leaders in higher education, at their current institutions.  Nearly 20 years after we first worked with them at the start of our higher education career. It's a powerful reminder of how relationships, mentorship, and shared commitment to education come full circle.
